Here is where I would like to share the many disappointments Ive had in the form of misleading pink lines.
An evaporation line is when a test dries funny and you have a line, mostly grey, where the positive line would go. There is also indentation line, which is only where the antibody strip goes, and is sometimes visible before even getting it wet. This is normal and it is how the tests work.
Some tests can have bad batches, something is wrong with the strip and it will look like a positive even without the user being pregnant. Usually this is blue dye tests, DO NOT USE THESE. Trust me they suck. However I have had a few false positives on pink dye tests so I will add them here as well. I know all of these are not from pregnancy, as I never ovulated before them, so chemical pregnancy isn't an option.
